Terms and Conditions

These Terms ("Terms") govern your access to shipstreak.space, all subdomains (username.shipstreak.space), and any custom domain you bind to your public profile (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. What ShipStreak is
ShipStreak is a daily publishing-streak tool. It helps you produce a short post each day from a few bullet points and keeps a public, read-only completion record on your profile.
ShipStreak never auto-posts to third-party platforms (X, LinkedIn, Mastodon, etc.). You always copy the generated text yourself and post it where you want.
2. Eligibility & account
- You must be at least 16 years old.
- You agree to provide accurate account information.
- One account per person.
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or that are used to harass, defraud, or harm others.
3. Plans & pricing
- Free: 1 active streak, 7-day fixed duration, raw template post output.
- Pro: up to 3 active streaks, custom durations from 7 to 180 days, polished tones (clean / hype) and the ability to bind a custom domain.
- Pro is billed via Stripe at 5 EUR / month or 39 EUR / year, auto-renewing until cancelled. Prices include VAT where applicable; Stripe handles invoicing.
- We may change pricing for future billing periods with at least 14 days’ notice via email or in-app message; current periods are unaffected.
4. Cancellation & refunds
You can cancel Pro at any time from /dashboard/billing (which opens your Stripe customer portal). Cancellation stops the next renewal; your Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Because Pro is a recurring subscription delivered as a continuous digital service, we do not refund partial periods unless required by mandatory consumer-protection law (e.g. EU statutory withdrawal rights for new subscribers, where applicable). Refund requests can be sent to support@shipstreak.space.
5. Your content & ownership
You own the bullets you write, the post text generated from them, and the streak data attached to your account. We do not claim authorship over any of it.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, and display this content solely for the purpose of operating the Service for you — including rendering your public completion calendar and streak state on your profile.
6. What is public on your profile
Your public profile (at username.shipstreak.space or a bound custom domain) is read-only and shows:
- your username and (if set) display name;
- your active and completed streak metadata (duration, day index, status);
- a calendar of completion timestamps;
- aggregate counts (e.g. total completed streaks).
Your bullet text and generated post text are never published on the public profile. They live only inside your authenticated dashboard.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- upload content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, or that violates third-party rights;
- use the Service to spam, scrape, or impersonate others;
- abuse or attempt to bypass rate limits, plan entitlements, or generation endpoints;
- introduce malware or attack the Service or its users;
- use the Service to generate content that violates our processors’ policies (Stripe, OpenAI, etc.).
We may remove violating content and suspend or terminate offending accounts.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from /dashboard/account. Deletion removes your profile, streaks, and entries from the live Service; backups are purged on our standard retention schedule (see Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or place the Service or other users at risk.
9. Service availability & warranty disclaimer
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific result will be achieved. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected where they apply.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (e.g. liability for gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or death/personal injury, or mandatory consumer-protection rights).
11. Governing law & venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Where you reside in the EU and consumer law grants you stronger mandatory protections, those continue to apply. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Poland, subject to mandatory consumer-jurisdiction rules.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the Service changes meaningfully. We will notify active accounts by email when the changes are material. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance.
